1.2. Please choose your 52 Orange reward carefully. Once you have redeemed points for your reward it cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded for any reason except where that reason is covered by a consumer guarantee in the Australian Consumer Law (for instance, where the reward is faulty or not as described).
1.3. These Rewards Terms & Conditions may change from time to time, with reasonable notice provided to you. Where we, acting reasonably, consider that a change may have an adverse impact on you, we will provide you with notice of that change by email (to the most recent email address provided by you) and via the 52 Orange website. All other changes will be notified to you via the 52 Orange website. We recommend that you check the 52 Orange website from time to time to inform yourself of any changes.

2.2. Redemptions at https://52orange.com.au/ must be from an Australian-based IP address.
3. Reward Terms and Conditions
3.1 All reward redemptions are also subject to the 52 Orange Terms and Conditions available at https://shop.52orange.com.au/
3.2 Current 52 Orange account household postal address and email address3.2.1 Where applicable, rewards will be posted or delivered to the current 52 Orange account household postal address held in the 52 Orange system at the time of redeeming. Where rewards are delivered by email, the member’s current email address held in the 52 Orange system at the time of redeeming will be used. For some rewards, 52 Orange may expressly allow the member to nominate another postal address or email address. For this reason, it is important to ensure 52 Orange has your current address and other contact details.
3.2.2 If posted, rewards will be sent by Aramex or other couriers to Australian addresses only.
3.3 Reward Provider Terms and Conditions3.3.1 Rewards may be subject to other terms, conditions and restrictions as are communicated or referred to by 52 Orange or the reward provider from time to time on their websites and in the course of a member redeeming points for a reward on the 52 Orange website or 52 Orange WP (Web App). Any additional material terms or restrictions will be listed clearly on the 52 Orange website before you redeem the reward.

3.4 Rewards delivery time3.4.1 52 Orange will use reasonable endeavours to deliver rewards within the stated time frame, but this may not always be possible. You must call 52 Orange as soon as possible if you do not receive your reward within the specified delivery time.
3.4.2 Digital Gift cards will be delivered once processed.
3.4.3 Merchandise rewards should be received within the allocated timeframe as per each Merchandise reward.

3.5 Claims for non-delivery, faults or damage3.5.1 You have certain statutory guarantees, rights and remedies that apply to a reward you receive under the Australian Consumer Law and which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
3.5.2 To assist the 52 Orange team in managing your claim, and unless there are extenuating circumstances, you must make any claim for non-delivery within two months of requesting the reward.
3.5.3 You must make a claim for faults within 4 weeks of becoming aware of the damage or fault unless there are extenuating circumstances.
3.5.4 Merchandise rewards should be received within the allocated timeframe as per each Merchandise reward. If your reward is not received within this time frame, contact the 52 Orange Support Centre by visiting https://52orange.com.au/#contact.
4. Terms and conditions for specific types of rewards 4.1 Merchandise4.1.1 All merchandise rewards are subject to availability. Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information regarding product availability is accurate, where there is a stock shortage or delay, 52 Orange may contact you to offer an equivalent substitute product of equal or greater value. If you elect not to proceed with a substitute product, the points you redeemed for the product will be refunded to your 52 Orange account.
4.1.2 Alternatively, where there is a stock shortage or delay and we do not offer you an equivalent substitute product, we will advise you that we are unable to supply you the product and your points redeemed for the product will be automatically refunded to your 52 Orange account.

4.2 Non-Merchandise ( taxation services and other experiences)4.2.1 Non-merchandise rewards are subject to availability. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information regarding availability is accurate, and where such rewards are not available, the points you redeemed for the relevant reward will be refunded to your 52 Orange account.
4.2.2 For non-merchandise rewards, your contract for the supply of those rewards is directly with the reward provider and their Terms and Conditions will apply. Please ensure you are familiar with and understand their Terms and Conditions which will be made available to you at the time of redemption before redeeming points for your reward. 52 Orange supplies the opportunity for you to obtain a reward from the reward provider and 52 Orange’s obligations are limited to procuring that opportunity.
4.3 Promotions4.3.1 Debit or Credit card Rewards;
To earn points through Gourmet Rewards, you must:
1. a) Download and register for our WP (Web App) ensuring you allow your device to download web apps; and
2. c) Scan your receipt from a participating restaurant or takeaway shop; and
ensure that the receipt is valid and not tampered with; and
4. d) 4.3.2 Points will be earned based on the total amount of the invoice or receipt, depending on the membership program the member sign in.
4.3.3 we do not tell you or direct you where to go and use your debit card to earn points. We are not affiliated with any business or program in the marketplace
4.3.4 To earn points, you must scan your receipt using our Web App. The receipt must be valid, legible, clear and not tampered with. We reserve the right to reject any receipt that does not meet these criteria.
4.3.5 Points earned through our WP (Web App) can be redeemed for rewards and benefits as specified on our website.
4.3.14 Word of Mouth Rewards
To earn points by Word of Mouth Rewards;
1. a) For friend referrals: save the unique QR code on your Web App (WP) and let your friends scan the QR Code. Your friends must register and use their rewards points to trigger the point redemption.
4.3.15 For each friend referred, you will receive $50 in points when they register for an account using your unique QR code.

4.3.19 Soccer Perks Pro
To earn points through Soccer Perks Pro;

4.4 Points Plus4.4.1 Points Plus allows you to cover the difference with your debit or credit card.
4.4.2 To access Points Plus, you must be a member of the 52 Orange program.
4.4.3 Points Plus is available on a selected range of rewards only. A minimum number of points will be needed to use Points Plus and the payment amount must be a minimum of $2.00. The minimum points required will vary depending on the reward and is subject to change. Points + Pay is not available for use on gift cards, or charitable donations.
